BEN'S ALKALISING MADNESS SMOOTHIE

Here's an easy way to get a nutritious start to your morning. The Alkalising Madness Smoothie is packed with fruit & veggies as well as having a touch of mint & a slightly spicy kick from the ginger.
Once you have the basic recipe down, you can add your own favourite flavours too!
INGREDIENTS:
½ Cucumber, chopped small or grated
1 Pear or Nashi, chopped small or grated
1 Kiwifruit
1 stick of Celery
2 large Kale leaves, roughly chopped
6-8 leaves of Mint
Knob of Ginger
Juice of 1 Lemon
Enough water to blend ingredients to a desired consistency.
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
