CAITLIN'S GINGER TEA

INGREDIENTS
:

6-8 slices of ginger root
2 cups of water.


DIRECTIONS:

Slice ginger into the water & bring to the boil.


Simmer for 5 minutes.


The water should be a pale brown color.


You can add a squeeze of lemon or a bit of honey for sweetness.


Ginger tea is good to boost the metabolism, relieve arthritis pain & just as a general drink
